In Germany, apprenticeships are the backbone of the education system, combining hands-on work experience with theoretical expert-knowledge. Through *The Giants Walk*, you will work with top companies while attending classes (in-person or digitally). After 3.5 years of hard work, you will graduate with a highly respected and recognized certification valid for your entire professional life.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
This program is perfect for young professionals who are serious about gaining international experience and education in Germany.
You should be:
– Between 22 and 39 years old.
– Willing to focus on hard learning and practical experience during 3 years.
– Be prepared to learn the German language to succeed in your exams and daily work.
For caregiving positions, having a TESDA NC II certification along with minimum 1,000 hours of practical experience will significantly boost your chances.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Submit your application and documents.
2. We will pre-select candidates and present your skills to potential employers in Germany.
3. Enjoy a 3 months onboarding program online with German language classes.
4. After a final selection process, you will receive from us job offers.
During the preparation phase at home, you will take English tests and begin learning German with our support.
German language skills are essential to completing the program successfully.
Support Along the Way:
We will guide you through the visa process and help in all matters you need. Our team in the Philippines and Germany will be with at you every step of the way, ensuring you will be never alone in this exciting journey.
